Role Overview: As an NQ Construction Solicitor, you will be an integral part of our construction team, handling a variety of contentious and non-contentious construction matters. You will work closely with senior solicitors and partners, gaining hands-on experience and developing your expertise in this specialised area of law. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with a broad range of construction-related legal matters, including contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution. Advising clients on construction contracts, warranties, and appointments. Supporting senior solicitors in managing contentious construction cases, including litigation and arbitration. Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with industry regulations and developments. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service. Requirements: Recently qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, with a strong academic background. Demonstrated interest and experience in construction law, ideally through training seats or prior paralegal experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to professional development and learning.
