Banking & Finance Lawyer

Well Regarded Banking & Finance team at National Law Firm based in London. The team acts for a broad client base, including banks, alternative lenders, borrower-side clients and public sector bodies, on a wide range of complex and high-value financing matters-both domestic and international. With strong Chambers recognition and a notable FTSE 250 client list, this is a chance to join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team with real depth and breadth. They're looking for a mid-level Associate (3-6 PQE) with solid general banking transactional experience. The role offers a balance of autonomy and support, exposure to sector-specialist work (corporate finance, real estate finance, asset finance and public finance), and the opportunity to help build client relationships and grow the practice.
