Key Responsibilities: Advise on distressed and stressed situations, including debt restructurings and related M&A activity. Provide strategic advice to clients navigating complex financial challenges. Work closely with senior team members to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Handle a wide range of insolvency-related matters, balancing technical expertise with commercial insight. Contribute to the development of the practice and manage client relationships effectively. Skills & Experience: Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with solid experience in restructuring and insolvency law. A track record of working on high-profile, cross-border matters is highly desirable. Exceptional technical knowledge combined with a commercial approach to problem-solving. Why Join?
