Leverage Finance Associate

A well-established US firm, have recently welcomed 2 leading Leverage Finance partners to their ranks and are now in need of an ambitious senior associate. This role is to join a sponsor side leverage finance team, the team is currently made up of 5 and there is a need for a senior associate to step into the ranks, with a view to take a lead of the current transactions but to also proactively take a role on business development. The team intends to grow and as an associate between 4-7PQE, you would have a clear track to partnership. You would be joining a firm at the early stages of growth and would get to play a key role in its future expansion. BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
