Elite US - New Asset Finance Team

An Elite US firm are looking for a 1-3PQE asset finance associate to join their new team in London. Following recent joiners from another leading US firm, this highly specialist team are growing. You would be joining experts whom have distinguished practices in this field. They are renowned for their expertise in asset-backed financing, particularly in the aviation sector and recognised as a "Rising Star" by Airfinance Journal. You will be responsible for assisting in the drafting and negotiation of finance, leasing and aircraft trading documents. You will support senior team members in managing client relationships and transactions, participating in team meetings, and contributing to strategic discussions. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to continuously develop your knowledge and expertise in aviation and asset finance, while working on market-leading transactions. There will also be opportunities to contribute to client and marketing events. You will be exposed large, complex and first-of-kind transactions and providing top-tier legal advice in a team that are known for their collaboration.
