An International Law firm, headquartered in the US are looking for a 2-5PQE M&A Associate to join their strong team. This is a broad corporate team predominantly focused on private M&A, with some PE, VC and general corporate matters. The hours targets are lower than big law, weekends and holidays are protected and associates are able to balance their work life with their personal life.
