Corporate Associate - Broad Practice

A small, US backed London office are looking for a junior corporate associate in a lean team, where you will feel empowered to excel above your PQE level, whilst feeling valued and supported in your path to progression. You will be working with a well-known corporate partner, who moved across from one of London's Elite US firms. The firm are growing modestly, meaning this is a rare hire giving you the chance to really establish yourself within this tight knit team. You would be working on a complex cross-border M&A, private equity, joint ventures and ECM, only M&A exposure is required as these welcoming partners will give you significant training across the broader practice. The work is UK centric and the team are self sufficient but call on the transactional support of the US teams.
