Corporate Solicitor | NQ - 4 PQE | Belfast BCL Legal are instructed by a leading Corporate and M&A practice in Belfast. The Partners of this stand-out team are looking for an ambitious qualified corporate solicitor, who is keen to develop their experience working on the most significant corporate transactions in the jurisdiction. The Corporate team is involved in complex, multi-jurisdictional matters, working with a local and international client base across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, technology, and retail. In this role, you will be working within an award winning team providing legal advice to leading companies from all industry sectors along with private equity and venture capital providers in relation to their corporate activity in Northern Ireland.
