Corporate Associate or Senior Associate (3 - 6 PQE), Dublin Our client is a well-established mid-tier commercial firm who is looking to expand the corporate team with the recruitment of a corporate solicitor with between 3 and 6 years' PQE. This corporate team has a well-known profile in the Irish market for working with a range of clients from large PLC's to more local SME's. The quality of the work undoubtedly rivals the larger teams, ranging from M&A to private equity matters, and with new client wins and a very healthy pipeline of work the team is confident of the year ahead. The Partners leading the team have an excellent profile locally, not just for their technical ability, but commercial acumen and down to earth approach. They are performing very well and have identified a requirement to appoint someone additional to the team. They are looking for those with between 3 and 6 years' PQE. You will work closely with the partners, giving a direct link to their loyal client base and excellent quality work. You will play a key role in terms of strategy and development of the team - working closely to achieve new client wins and on marketing initiatives.
