Real Estate Associate (2-5 PQE), Dublin Our client is an international law firm in Dublin with a fantastic reputation globally. The Real Estate practice is going from strength to strength and with a steady pipeline of work, the Partners are looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor into the team. If you are Real Estate Solicitor with experience in working on all types of property development and investment transactions and would be keen to take a step up to an international firm, paying top of the market salaries with excellent opportunities to progress, this could be worth exploring further. The firm and the team · This global law firm has a first class reputation and its real estate team works on a national and international level. · The team is regularly instructed by private and public companies, institutional investors and government entities on the full range of real estate matters. · The wider commercial property team handles a wide range of work including acquisitions and disposals, construction, financing, land use, planning and development, leasing, environmental law and tax. The team works acorss a wide range of sectors including, logistic parks, data centres, mixed-use developments, hotels, wind farms, solar farms and multi-family properties. The Real Estate Associate opportunity · The firm now wish to expand their transactional core real estate practice by recruiting an additional Real Estate Associate into the team in Dublin, which is led by a very well regarded and personable Partner. · Being part of this dynamic real estate team you will be engaged in transactional real estate work working with talented real estate lawyers on a national and international platform. Who are they looking for? · You will be a qualified real estate solicitor with at least two years' post qualification experience in commercial real estate work. · With an excellent academic record and technical ability as well as excellent business acumen. · You will be ambitious and seeking a new challenge with the potential to help shape the firm's Irish Real Estate offering.
