This is a new opportunity to join a Top Tier Employment Practice as a Professional Support Lawyer. You will work closely with a highly experienced employment team that covers the full spectrum of employment matters. As a busy Professional Support Lawyer you will have an opportunity to carve a challenging career away from fee earning. Part time or flexible working is available.
The team
· As a Professional Support Lawyer you can expect to:
· Join a heavyweight employment team with exceptional experience in employment acting clients across a number of sectors.
· Work with lawyers to provide learning and development opportunities within the team, updates in law and practice and knowledge management.

The role
· As a Professional Support Lawyer in this team, you would:
· Develop and deliver training across a range of platforms, to reflect new ways of working, driving technical excellence across the team.
· Monitor key developments in law and practice, keeping lawyers up to date with legal changes.
· Work with lawyers to develop commercially focused and technically excellent advice.
· Contribute to key client relationships through knowledge management and training solutions.
· Work with marketing on external profile raising such as articles, events and client facing know how materials.
· Have ongoing career progression within a dynamic and close-knit team.

The candidate
To be successful in your application for this Professional Support Lawyer vacancy, you will have:
· A minimum of 4 years' PQE in employment law.
· Have either experience of working as a Professional Support Lawyer, or a genuine interest in moving away from a fee earning role.
· Experience gained at within a reputable employment practice, preferably at a top or miid-tier firm.
· A strong interest in the black letter law, excellent technical skills and a keen interest in delivering training and first class presenting skills.
· A strong academic background.
· A team player with a commercial outlook.
