Banking and Finance Associate/Senior Associate | 2 - 6 PQE | International firm | Dublin A top International law firm is looking to add to their established Banking and Finance team in Dublin. The team acts for a range of international and domestic financial institutions, alternative lenders, sponsors, corporate borrowers, institutional investors and semi-state entities on all aspects project finance and infrastructure finance transactions, fund financings, general corporate lending, structured finance, debt restructurings, and loan portfolio acquisitions and financings. You'll also be working with the firm's international offices on multi-jurisdictional projects.
