Corporate Tax Solicitor - Dublin (NQ - 3 PQE) A top tier law firm with an outstanding reputation is seeking a Corporate Tax Solicitor to join its tax team in Dublin. The Patners are keen to speak to candidates who have recently qualified or are due to qualify in early 2025 up to those with 3 years' PQE. The Team & the Role · You will join one of Ireland's top Corporate Tax teams. · You will be acting on behalf of leading domestic and international corporates and financial institutions. · The newly appointed Corporate Tax Solicitor will be working on a varied caseload of commercial tax transactions including; share schemes, property tax, VAT as well as international financial transactions. · A core aspect of the team's work is advising multinationals on the tax implications of establishing operations in Ireland. More about you · The ideal Corporate Tax Solicitor will ideally be between NQ - 3 years' PQE but possibly considerably more. · You will have exceptional technical ability and a solid academic record.
