Finance Regulation Solicitor (2 - 5 PQE), Dublin Our client is seeking a Finance Regulatory Associate solicitor to join its well established team in Dublin. This role will suit an ambitious lawyer who is keen to develop their practice further with a well-regarded and established practice. You will be working on some of the best quality work in the country advising a variety of domestic and international institutions on their obligations under Irish and EU financial services law and on Central Bank requirements. More on the opportunity · Market-leading team dealing with and advising on matters covering all aspects of Financial Regulation. · Advising on cross-border regulatory reviews for a number of multi-national clients. · Top-ranked for all aspects finance work. · Unstuffy but highly professional team. · Exceptional quality work across a range of Financial Services Regulatory, advising a diverse range of regulated clients across a range of sectors including banking, MiFID, PSD2, Solvency II, IDD, and FinTech. More about you · You will be a financial regulatory solicitor with experience gained at a Top Tier or well-regarded mid-tier firm looking for a new challenge and to take a step up in terms of career progression. You will ideally have between 2 and 5 years' PQE. · More general financial regulatory solicitors or finance litigators with a demonstrable interest in this are also very welcome to apply, as this is a niche area with few players. · You will be an intelligent and focussed lawyer with an eye for the details in this fast-moving practice area.
