Defendant Healthcare NQ - Leading Firm - Dublin BCL Legal is delighted to be working with a leading domestic firm who now have an excellent opportunity for a Healthcare NQ to join this Legal 500 Tier 1 Ranked Team in Dublin. The Firm: - Top tier domestic firm - Recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers The Role: You will work on an interesting and varied caseload of defendant healthcare litigation matters. As you'd expect from a leading team the clients that you will be working with will be second to none giving you excellent exposure from day one. There will also be the scope to provide advice on a broad range of services including defending medical malpractice, professional negligence and personal injury claims, advising on inquests, Medical Council complaints as well as some non-contentious issues such as the provision of advice on the regulatory framework in the healthcare sector. The Candidate: The team are keen to hear from NQ candidates (or candidates due to qualify shortly) who ideally have a background in defending medical practitioners on behalf of insurers or medical defence organisations. Ideally you will have at least one 6 month seat in healthcare litigation matters. Candidates with more experience up to around 3PQE will also be considered. You will be someone who is able to organise yourself well, while under the supervision and guidance of more senior members of the team.
