COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - SUNDERLAND
An exciting position awaits for a motivated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a dynamic firm in Sunderland. This role is ideal for a driven individual ready to take on a key role in handling a broad range of commercial property matters. While the firm has a strong domestic property team, the role will require some limited domestic property work as well. There are strong prospects for advancement.
You will be joining a well-established law firm with a proud history of delivering exceptional legal services to clients across the North East. With a strong reputation in commercial property law, the firm prides itself on a client-focused approach and commitment to achieving the best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property finance.
- Advising clients on development projects, landlord and tenant matters, and property portfolio management.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial property contracts, leases, and other documentation.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to provide outstanding legal support.
- Working collaboratively within the firm to support wider business objectives.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with a minimum of 3-5 years PQE in commercial property law.
- Strong technical knowledge with proven experience handling a wide range of commercial property transactions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach.
