AGRICULTURAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - 2+PQE - NEWCASTLE Location: Newcastle City Centre (Hybrid & Flexible Working Available) Salary: Competitive with Excellent Rates of Pay and Benefits Package Experience Required: Minimum 2 years PQE in Property (Ideally Agricultural or Rural Property) About the Firm: Our client is a prestigious international law firm, renowned for its long-established and highly respected Rural Property team. The firm is well-regarded both regionally and nationally, and their agricultural property work is highly sought after by clients in the sector. The Role: They are currently seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join their esteemed Rural Property team. You will play an integral role in managing a broad range of agricultural and rural property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, tenancies, and rural estate management. You will have the opportunity to work with both private individuals and businesses within the rural sector, building and nurturing long-term client relationships. The role offers a great deal of variety, a chance to enhance your expertise in rural property law, and exposure to interesting, high-quality work. Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of agricultural property matters, including sales, purchases, and leases of farmland and estates. Providing expert advice on agricultural tenancy matters, land management, and rural estate planning. Drafting and negotiating complex agreements and documentation related to rural property. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, advising clients on both legal and commercial aspects of rural property. Collaborating with the wider firm's departments to ensure a holistic service to clients. Candidate Profile: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in property law. Previous experience in agricultural or rural property law is highly desirable, but not essential. A keen interest in rural property and agricultural law would be advantageous. Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a proactive and client-focused approach. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
