Role Requirements The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and residential property disputes, including: - Assured/assured shorthold/regulated tenancies - ASB possessions - Ground rent and service charge recovery - 1954 Act lease renewals - Dilapidations - Rent reviews - Possessions - Forfeiture - Service charges - Telecommunications - Trespass issues - Easements - Agricultural and other real property issues - FTT applications Strong technical ability, excellent people and client management skills, and a keen interest in business development are essential. Experience in managing or assisting junior fee-earners is highly desirable. Do you need more flexibility?
