PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR - NEWCASTLE
Joining this expanding national Property Disputes practice, you will be part of a dynamic team that boasts an impressive client list, ranging from prominent public sector bodies to FTSE 250 companies across diverse sectors such as telecoms, retail, energy, and government.
In this role, you will dive into a variety of contentious commercial property matters, including telecoms, landlord and tenant disputes (e.g., 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations, and break notices), and general property issues like adverse possession, easements, and title disputes. The team's close collaboration with the transactional Real Estate team offers you the chance to build strong inter-departmental relationships, all within a supportive and collegial environment committed to your professional growth.
A genuine passion for property litigation and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service are paramount. You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years PQE, although candidates with more or less experience will be considered on their merits.
