As the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the firm by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. This strategic and operational position involves embedding the firm's Core Values-Trust, Care, Collaboration, Agility-into every interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Management Team, you will oversee all aspects of HR, advising Partners on policies, procedures, and best practices. Your initiatives will drive employee engagement, performance, and wellbeing, making the firm a great place to work.
