The successful candidate will join a dynamic Litigation team renowned for managing a diverse array of disputes. The team's portfolio spans large corporates, owner-managed businesses, public entities, insurers, regulatory bodies, and private individuals. Engage in intellectually stimulating work, where complex, high-profile, and sensitive issues are the norm, and your expertise will have significant impact. As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE, you will be instrumental in supporting lead partners and senior fee earners, while also confidently handling cases independently. Your role will encompass a spectrum of contentious matters, including contractual disputes, corporate disagreements, professional negligence, and breach of warranty claims. The firm values proactive involvement in business development, including training and networking initiatives. Additionally, your responsibilities will extend to meticulous case management, financial and chargeable target achievement, and the production of client MI reports.
