The Role: As Legal Counsel, you will: · Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts. · Advise on ESG, data, and regulatory matters. · Conduct horizon scanning for legal and legislative developments. · Support senior stakeholders across the business. This role is ideal for a private practice commercial lawyer (or possibly a corporate/M&A lawyer with in-house secondment experience) looking for their first in-house move, or an existing Legal Counsel looking to join a high-growth, fast-moving business.
