The Role:
This is an opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join a respected in-house legal team where you will play a vital role in the business' overall strategy and have the chance to grow with the legal team & wider business.
As a Legal Counsel, you will support the business on a wide variety of work, offering you a high level of exposure and the chance to sharpen your technical ability and commercial awareness. Your work will include drafting, negotiating & reviewing contracts including manufacturing, logistics & warehousing, R&D, procurement, and supply chain.
The legal team is a vital part of the business, so you can expect to play a valued role in the company's success and be rewarded for the work you put in.
This opportunity would suit you if you are a lawyer in private practice looking for your first in-house legal counsel role. Alternatively, you might be an existing legal counsel looking to join a growing, global business at the forefront of innovation in its sector.
About you:
· This role would suit a commercial lawyer with 2 - 4 years PQE
· Have gained experience within a respected law firm or in the in-house legal team of a large organisation
· Prior exposure to procurement and supply chain issues is essential
What's on offer?
Salary: negotiable dependant on experience. As a guide, c. £80-90k
Hybrid working: 3 days a week in Central London office, the rest from home
