Infrastructure, Projects & Energy Associate - Manchester
An exciting opportunity for a commercially focused lawyer with experience in infrastructure, energy, utilities or transport projects to join a dynamic and market leading practice.
The Role
Based within this highly ranked and growing Infrastructure, Projects & Energy team
Working alongside Legal 500 and Chambers top-tier ranked lawyers
Handling a broad range of commercial, contractual and advisory work
Advising a client base across both the public and private sectors, including major developers, energy companies, utilities, transport authorities, local government bodies and international institutions.
Working across the full project lifecycle - from procurement and structuring, to execution and delivery
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts related to energy, utilities, transport and social infrastructure
Advising on novel and complex infrastructure projects
Requirements
A minimum of 1 year's post-qualification experience (PQE) gained within a recognised commercial, projects, or infrastructure practice
Exposure to one or more of the following sectors: energy, transport, utilities or public sector projects.
Strong commercial contracts drafting and negotiation skills.
