Immigration Solicitor - Sports / Media - Manchester BCL is recruiting an Immigration Solicitor to join a market leading team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ-4 immigration solicitor with a passion to work in the sports / media sector. The Role · Working with some of the largest organisations and clubs in the sports sector and with some world-renowned athletes · Chance to build on your skills through a unique opportunity to have a genuine involvement in a sought after after industry · Work within a market leading firm, with an ability to build a name in the sports sector · Advising on personal and business immigration cases, with a particular focus on applications under the work routes of the Points Based System; · Provide advice to clients on Home Office sponsorship rules and the use of the sponsor management system; · Advise clients on settlement and British citizenship applications; · Actively participate in business development, driving new firm initiatives.
