The role Working as part of a leading commercial disputes team alongside a Partner recognised as a leading individual Handling a broad range of commercial disputes on behalf of corporate clients to include complex litigation both in the UK and internationally Caseload will include contract disputes, warranty claims , shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, fraud, IP and tech disputes Assisting across the team as well as handling matters independently Requirements E& W qualified solicitor Proven background in commercial disputes with a recognised team 3 PQE + For more information regarding this commercial litigation role, please contact Nicola O'Hanlon at BCL Legal.
