Commercial Litigation Associate - International firm - Manchester A rare opportunity for a commercial litigation solicitor to join a leading international firm as part of its highly regarded disputes team based in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle exceptional quality work. The Role Working within a well established and recognised team, alongside Partners ranked in the legal directories Acting on behalf of a varied client base in both private and public sectors across a diverse range of industry sectors including banking, education, leisure, retail and construction Advising and representing clients in high value commercial litigation matters, through litigation, arbitration or ADR Handling contractual and commercial disputes, public law disputes, professional negligence, injunctions, reputation management work and contentious insolvency matters often with an international focus Assisting partners and senior lawyers on more complex matters Building and maintaining client relationships Requirements Qualified E&W Solicitor up to 4 PQE Exposure to complex and high value commercial disputes Experience gained in a leading commercial disputes team Benefits Excellent salary and benefits package Exposure to rewarding and complex work working within a supportive and collaborative team Ability to develop client relationships from an early stage Hybrid working is also offered with this role.
