Real Estate Disputes - Manchester BCL Legal is currently recruiting a senior real estate disputes associate to join this leading international firm at its offices based in Manchester. The team is friendly and collaborative and handles the full range of real estate disputes, acting on behalf of a variety of clients from both public and private sectors. Working closely with other teams including projects, construction and real estate, you will handle a wide range of real estate disputes in principal areas such as development, institutional investment, commercial landlord and tenant and leasehold management. The work is excellent quality and includes commercial landlord and tenant matters, development related disputes and strategic advice for both developers and insurers concerning property contracts, property related insolvency and other real property related disputes, such as rights of way, adverse possession and restrictive covenants. The team is looking to recruit a reputable 7+ solicitor with a strong background in handling a broad range of property litigation work gained in a recognised team. This is a great opportunity to work with a team, which is regarded as a leading national real estate litigation practice.
