The Job! As a senior solicitor within the corporate team, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic legal advice and hands-on support to clients across a wide range of corporate matters, including: · Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and disposals · Supporting clients through company formations and structural changes · Corporate finance and banking transactions · Drafting and negotiating shareholder and partnership agreements · Joint ventures and governance frameworks · Guidance on GDPR compliance and regulatory obligations · Working with unincorporated businesses and advising directors on responsibilities You'll also be a key part of mentoring junior team members and helping drive business development efforts as the firm continues to grow its commercial client offering.
