The Role You will be a key player in handling a broad range of employment law matters for both employers and employees. From Employment Tribunal claims to TUPE, redundancy, and complex workplace disputes, you will manage cases that will challenge and develop your expertise. You'll also have a significant role in business development, contributing to the firm's growth through seminars, networking, and publishing insightful articles. What You'll Be Doing: * Providing expert legal advice on diverse employment law issues, including tribunal claims, TUPE, redundancy, restrictive covenants, and workplace disputes. * Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements that deliver the best results for your clients. * Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, staff handbooks, and workplace policies. * Supporting clients with legal research, case preparation, and strategy development. * Engaging in proactive business development, from writing articles to attending networking events. * Collaborating with a fantastic team of partners and colleagues to deliver top-notch client solutions. * Mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping them develop their careers too!
