Role Overview: As an Employment Solicitor, you will provide expert legal advice to both employer and employee clients on a broad range of employment law matters. This role will allow you to apply your legal expertise in a commercial context while developing and growing within a supportive, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: - Provide advice to employer and employee clients on various employment law issues. - Offer practical, commercial legal advice tailored to clients' needs and objectives. - Manage your own caseload, working independently while also collaborating with colleagues. - Stay updated on key trends in employment law and continually develop your technical expertise. - Build and maintain client relationships, actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. - Contribute to business development initiatives individually and as part of the team. Key Skills & Attributes: - Strong technical knowledge of employment law. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. - Commercially aware and able to apply legal advice practically in a business context. - Organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. - A proactive approach to professional development and career progression. Qualifications & Experience: - Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent). - Experience advising on a range of employment law matters is essential.
