Due to their ongoing success and expansion, they are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their dynamic team. Role Overview As an Employment Solicitor, you will manage a diverse portfolio of both contentious and non-contentious matters, offering expert legal advice and representation to a varied clientele, including both employers and employees. Key Responsibilities - Manage cases involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and whistleblowing. - Provide advice on HR matters, draft employment contracts, policies, and assist with resolving workplace disputes. - Represent clients at Employment Tribunals. - Draft settlement agreements, contracts, and other employment-related legal documents. - Contribute to business development efforts and cultivate strong client relationships. Skills & Experience - Qualified solicitor specialist in Employment Law. - Proven experience advising both employers and employees. - Ability to manage a varied caseload autonomously. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
