This is a well regarded team the mostly acts for employer clients, advising on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. Work includes; - Drafting policies; - Advising on procedure; - Advising on dispute resolution; - TUPE transfers The team currently numbers 6 individuals and is seeking to recruit due to successfully winning new clients. The ideal candidate will have 3 + PQE in employment law and will wish to work for a successful and growing team. The firm have a low staff turnover and are generally known as an excellent employer.
