Commercial Litigation Solicitor Job Description: Our client, a well-regarded small law firm in South Staffordshire, is seeking an experienced solicitor with over 4 years of post-qualification experience to join their busy and growing Commercial Litigation department. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, including contract disputes, shareholder issues, and commercial property litigation, within a supportive, friendly team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters. - Provide high-quality legal advice to clients. - Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence. - Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings. - Work closely with the wider team and contribute to the department's growth. Key Requirements: - 4+ years PQE in commercial litigation. - Strong experience in handling complex litigation matters. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A proactive, friendly, and professional attitude.
