About the Firm
Our client, a well-established law firm in Staffordshire, offers high-quality legal services across various practice areas. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their successful team.
Role Overview
As an Employment Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters, providing expert advice and representation to both employer and employee clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cases including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and whistleblowing.
- Advise on HR matters, draft contracts, policies, and resolve workplace disputes.
- Represent clients at Employment Tribunals.
- Draft settlement agreements, contracts, and employment-related documents.
- Engage in business development and client relationship building.
Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years PQE in Employment Law.
- Experience advising both employer and employee clients.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
