The Family Law team is recognized for handling complex and sensitive matters for private clients. We are looking for a Family Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join the team. You will manage a varied caseload, advising clients on divorce, financial settlements, children's issues, and cohabitation disputes. The role involves client interaction, case management, court representation, and contributing to business development. Key Responsibilities * Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes, and children's arrangements. * Provide expert legal advice and representation in negotiations and court. * Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development. Essential Skills and Experience * Minimum 3 years PQE in family law with experience in both financial and children-related cases. * Strong communication and client care skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to manage a busy caseload. Desirable Skills * Experience with high-net-worth clients or public law cases is a plus. * Advocacy experience in family law hearings.
