The firm are looking to recruit a highly skilled Employment Solicitor to join their close-knit team of The team has a reputation for providing commercially focussed and practical advice, primarily to employer clients, but also assisting senior management level employees. Key Responsibilities: * Advising commercial clients, in relation to a variety of employment law matters. * Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. * Becoming a trusted advisor to clients, offering pragmatic and tailored legal advice. * Working as part of a supportive team while taking responsibility for your caseload. The Ideal Candidate: * Proven track record in employment law with experience advising employer clients. * Strong client-facing skills and a genuine passion for building relationships. * Existing small client following is desirable but not essential. * A driven, motivated individual, eager to continue their career progression.
