Commercial Senior Associate We are working with a leading law firm based in Warwickshire, that is currently seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven lawyer with particular experience of Cyber or Energy work to be given the support to build a team and a business case for future progression. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and manage complex commercial transactions, offering strategic legal advice in either Cyber or Energy sectors. · Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on a broad range of commercial matters. · Collaborate with senior partners and internal teams to deliver top-tier solutions across multiple sectors. · Mentor and manage junior lawyers, helping to develop their skills and advance their careers. · Take on an active role in business development, including networking, client engagement, and contributing to thought leadership. · Play an integral part in the growth of the firm's Cyber/Energy practice, with the opportunity to build and lead your own team. The Ideal Candidate: · Qualified solicitor (6+ PQE) with substantial experience in commercial law, particularly in Cyber or Energy law. · A strong track record in handling complex, high-value commercial transactions and a deep understanding of the relevant legal frameworks. · Exceptional client relationship and communication skills, with a focus on practical, commercially viable solutions. · An entrepreneurial and ambitious mindset, with the drive to contribute to business development and team expansion. · Leadership potential with the ability to manage, mentor, and inspire junior team members. · Experience in building or leading a team is highly desirable, though not essential.
