Role Overview: As a General Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload, including matters related to commercial disputes, civil litigation, property litigation, and contract disputes. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, providing advice and representation in both the pre-action and post-litigation phases. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a varied caseload of general litigation matters from start to finish * Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients * Draft legal documents, including pleadings, statements of case, and settlement agreements * Handle negotiations and attend hearings as required * Maintain high levels of client service and satisfaction * Keep up to date with legal developments and ensure compliance with regulations Ideal Candidate: * Qualified Solicitor 3+ PQE * Experience in general litigation, including commercial disputes, civil matters, and property litigation * Strong communication and negotiation skills * A proactive and client-focused approach to your work * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously * To apply for the position of Litigation Solicitor please contact Nicholas Fear BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
