We are recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading law firm in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with a range of commercial property experience to manage a varied and interesting caseload. Key Responsibilities: * Handling a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord-tenant issues. * Advising clients on property development, financing, and investment transactions. * Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and agreements. * Representing clients in property-related disputes. Requirements: * Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in commercial property. * Strong knowledge of commercial property law and related legal procedures. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage a diverse workload and meet client expectations.
