Private Client Solicitor

Overview: Our client, a highly regarded and Legal 500-ranked law firm in Warwickshire, is seeking a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their dynamic Private Client team. Key Responsibilities: o Advising clients on a wide range of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, powers of attorney, and tax matters. o Managing a varied caseload including some complex and high-net-worth estates. o Drafting wills and providing guidance on inheritance tax, succession planning, and charitable giving. o Handling probate applications and managing the administration of estates from start to finish. o Advising on trusts, their creation, administration, and tax implications. o Providing support and expertise to clients on all aspects of their personal affairs, including elderly client matters and mental capacity issues. o Building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional service. o Working collaboratively with senior colleagues and providing guidance to junior staff. o Developing new business opportunities and contributing to the team's ongoing success. The Ideal Candidate: o A qualified Solicitor with 3+ years of experience in private client law. o Strong technical expertise in wills, trusts, probate, and tax. o Demonstrable experience in managing a varied caseload of private client matters. o A proactive and client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. o Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
