Family Solicitor Are you an experienced Family Solicitor looking for a new opportunity in Stafford? We are seeking a motivated and skilled Family Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team. About the Role: As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child custody, domestic violence, and pre/post-nuptial agreements. You will provide expert legal advice and support to clients during emotionally challenging times, ensuring a sensitive and professional approach at all stages of the process. Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, financial arrangements, and children-related disputes. Manage a diverse caseload from initial instructions through to resolution, using both traditional and alternative dispute resolution methods. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations when required. Draft and review legal documents, including divorce petitions, consent orders, and separation agreements. Build strong client relationships, providing clear, empathetic, and effective legal advice. Keep up to date with developments in family law and best practice. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor (2+ years PQE or equivalent experience). Strong knowledge of family law and current legal procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
