Our Client: We are delighted to work with a well-established, highly regarded law firm in Shropshire, known for its excellent reputation and strong presence in the region. With a diverse client base ranging from local businesses to national corporations, the firm offers a collaborative and supportive working environment. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Shrewsbury office.
Role Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience to further develop their career in a dynamic team. You will handle a varied and challenging caseload, advising on a wide range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant issues, acquisitions, disposals, property development, and financing. You will work closely with both senior partners and clients, ensuring high levels of client service and contributing to the firm's ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and advise on a diverse range of commercial property transactions, including leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals, property development projects, and complex landlord and tenant issues.
* Provide expert legal advice to clients on matters such as property financing, planning, and construction law.
* Draft and negotiate commercial property contracts, leases, and other related legal documentation.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a high standard of service.
* Collaborate with other teams within the firm to support cross-departmental work and business development.
* Keep up to date with changes in property law and industry trends to provide proactive, strategic advice.
Key Requirements:
* Qualification: Qualified solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in commercial property law.
* Experience: Strong experience in managing commercial property transactions, ideally gained within a reputable law firm.
* Skills: Excellent communication and client management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex property matters efficiently.
* Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a supportive and collegiate team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
