Property Litigation Senior Associate About the Role: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a top-tier Property Litigation team in Warwickshire. The role involves a diverse mix of commercial and residential property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, leasehold disputes, possession proceedings, and development-related conflicts. You'll work with high-profile clients and take on complex matters, while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development. Key Responsibilities: · Manage a broad caseload of property litigation matters across both commercial and residential sectors. · Provide strategic, solutions-focused legal advice to clients, including landlords, tenants, developers, and housing associations. · Represent clients in court, tribunals, and ADR forums. · Mentor and support junior lawyers and paralegals. · Contribute to business development and client relationship management. · Draft legal documents, pleadings, and settlement agreements. Candidate Profile: · 6+ PQE in property litigation, with experience in both commercial and residential disputes. · Strong track record in handling contentious landlord-tenant, development, and property-related matters. · Excellent client management and business development skills. · Proven experience in mentoring junior team members. · Motivated, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
