Role Overview
As a Commercial Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in advising a diverse range of clients on commercial matters. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing strategic legal advice to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements.
Advise clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and commercial disputes.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive legal support on various projects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client goals.
Stay updated on relevant legislation, case law, and industry trends to provide informed advice.
Qualifications
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in commercial law.
Strong understanding of commercial contracts and corporate governance.
