Family Solicitor (Children) Are you an experienced Family Solicitor with a passion for children's law? This role will see you handling a mixture of both private and public law matters, with a focus on children. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload, including care proceedings, child arrangements, adoption, and special guardianship matters. Represent clients in both private and public children's law cases. Provide expert legal advice, advocacy, and representation in family courts. Work closely with social services, local authorities, and guardians. Requirements: 3+ years PQE in family law with a focus on children's matters. Strong understanding of both private and public children law. Excellent client care and advocacy skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
