Role Overview: This is a unique opportunity to handle a varied and high-profile caseload of commercial property transactions, advising a diverse client base including businesses, developers, and investors. The role requires delivering expert legal advice on matters such as acquisitions, leases, disposals, development, and investment. Key Responsibilities: Handling a range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development. Managing your own caseload while working closely with senior team members on larger and more complex matters. Providing commercially sound advice to clients on all aspects of property law. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external partners. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and delivering exceptional client service. Supporting the wider team with business development and networking activities. Ideal Candidate: 3-10 years PQE, with experience in commercial property law (open to candidates at all PQE levels). Excellent technical knowledge in commercial property transactions. Strong client management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. A proactive and solutions-driven approach to problem-solving. Ambitious, with a desire to grow within a leading law firm and progress your career. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
