Corporate Commercial Solicitor We are working with a respected boutique law firm in Guernsey, seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor (NQ to 3 years PQE). Role Overview: You will work on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, corporate governance, contract negotiation, and joint ventures. You'll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload while receiving support to develop your career.
