Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality legal support and expert advice to clients. Take detailed instructions from clients and offer clear, strategic legal guidance. Develop and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships. Ensure all transactions and client work comply with the SRA Code of Conduct and other relevant regulatory standards.
