Position Overview: Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions and provide exceptional legal support to clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle a variety of commercial property matters, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals. Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of commercial property law. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents. Conduct thorough due diligence and property investigations. Collaborate with clients, agents, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions. Keep abreast of changes in legislation and case law relevant to commercial property. Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's commercial property practice. Mentor and support junior team members as needed. Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of relevant PQE (applicants with varied experience levels are also welcome). Strong understanding of commercial property law and its applications. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
